Kelman Cottage comes equipped with everything you could need for your time away in the Hunter Valley including a full kitchen, air-conditioning, comfy beds, a fireplace for winter, friendly Australian wildlife dropping past and a cool relaxing pool.

This is a 4 bedroom cottage offering bedding up to 10 guests.

Standard nightly rate is based on a minimum of 6 guests. Guest numbers above 6 are charged per person, per night.
Linen Supplied - This property supplies all linen - full bed linens and 1 bath towel per person.
Arrival Details: Access to the property is made easy for you. We will send you an access code just before 2pm on your arrival day via SMS and you will use this code for the duration of your stay.
All reservations operate under a strict No-Party & excessive noise policy as this property is in a residential area. Failure to comply can put the security bond into jeopardy.

Great for families with young kids
We had a young family group (incl. 7 kids 9yo and under) staying at Kelman cottage, the house was all airconditioned and ready to take us in, and Erin and Jarrod were fantastic hosts and so patient with our children when taking them on the rounds to feed the animals and answer all their questions! The house was stocked with basic pantry items and the coffee machine was great in the mornings! Just make sure you dont leave sweets out as the ants will come running! The pool was perfect for our kids and the kids were free to roam the property. Wildlife and animals on the property kept kids well entertained.

Amazing place. Very clean with all required amenities. Spacious and quiet place. Definitely recommend this location for anyone travelling to hunter valley.

This place exceeded my expectations! Perfect little getaway for families and friends. The photos shown on Airbnb do this place no justice! From the little touch’s inside the home (plenty of love put into it) to the beautiful nature and wildlife outside, aswell as the pool and bbq area. It was very clean and beds were also very comfortable! Also aircon through out the whole house. Would definitely book again in the near future! Thankyou to the sweet host krista
