This magnificent 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home features bay views from the open plan front living rooms, kitchen and the verandah.
Sporting a large spacious living area plus a large deck with outdoor seating and dining provides plenty of space to spread out but also come together as a group. The expansive grassed area out the back provides more space than you need to kick a ball around, throw a frisbee, play cricket or for the kids to run around. The private jetty also allows you easy access to tie your boat off to or enjoy some of the best fishing in Lake Macquarie. A boat ramp is just a few streets away. The house is only 9 minutes from Morisset Square shopping centre with Coles, Target and restaurants surrounding but far away enough to be quiet and tranquil.
For groups of more than 8 guests, this site offers an additional Studio sleeping an extra 4 guests. This is priced separately. Please enquire for larger groups.
** Both the House and Studio are ONLY available for groups of 12 guests. The Studio can be rented separately upon request for 2-4 guests.**

*Linen Not Supplied - This property does not provide full linen. Beds will be provided with pillows, doonas and blankets. Guests need to arrange their own pillowcases, bed sheets, bath towels, hand towels, bath mat etc. Linen hire may be available - please contact us direct to enquire further. Any booking found to have used bedding without bed linen may result in a bond breach for extra cleaning costs.
*Towels for use after enjoying the Lake are BYO.
*Arrival Details: Access to the property is made easy for you. We will send you an access code just before 2pm on your arrival day via SMS and you will use this code for the duration of your stay.
*All reservations operate under a strict No-Party & excessive noise policy as this property is in a residential area. Failure to comply can put the security bond into jeopardy.
*This property is managed by Weekenda, a licensed real estate. Weekenda staff are available 7 days a week to assist from your initial enquiry through to your departure and everything in between.

What more could you ask for, meters away from the waters edge. Nice and clean house with spacious kitchen, dining, living area and outdoor area.

We really loved our stay in this Morriset Park home. Some homes have a great feeling and this is one of those. Plenty of family friendly and comfortable spaces. A lovely helpful neighbour. I slept in the master bedroom and it was the most comfortable bed ever!! Good aircon for a hot day too. So much space for my girls to run and visiting pelicans, swans, kookaburras, ducks to feed and more. If you are staying must visit Trinity Point for a drink or special dinner. Only tip, book ahead!
