Your Thredbo trip will no doubt be all about the skiing or mountain biking so of course proximity to the lifts is important. If it's position you after then Mowamba 2 is the perfect spot.
Fully self contained 3 bedroom + Loft property provides indoor fireplace, comfy lounge area, dining space and a fully equipped kitchen. A essential drying room is also provided for those winter ski days.
Note that this property is Self Clean from October Long w/e to June long w/e (ie not Snow Season), so we expect guests to clean the property on exit and in readiness for the next guest. This helps us to keep your cost down. A minimum $100 cleaning charge will apply to guests that don't clean up to a A-Grade standard. Please advise if you prefer to arrange professional cleaning and we will provide a quote prior to your arrival.
During peak ski season, our Thredbo properties have strict check in & out days which are only Friday & Sundays. You can stay 7 nights from Friday to Friday or Sunday - Sunday or 5 nights from Sunday - Friday or 2 nights from Friday - Sunday.
Off season we offer more flexibility with just a minimum 2 night stay across all days.

Linen Not Supplied - This property does not provide full linen. Beds will be provided with pillows, doonas and blankets. Guests need to arrange their own pillowcases, bed sheets, bath towels, hand towels, bath mat etc. Linen hire may be available - please contact us direct to enquire further. Any booking found to have used bedding without bed linen may result in a bond breach for extra cleaning costs.
Cleaning - this property operates on a self clean basis from October Long w/e to June long w/e thus all guests are expected to leave the property in a clean and tidy state and as such no cleaning fees are charged. Please note: we perform an inspection after each departure. Any excess cleaning will be on charged to the departing guest (minimum $100). Guests are reminded to bring their own cleaning supplies.
Amenities - Guests are reminded to bring their own supplies for kitchen & bathroom. This includes pepper, salt, oil etc and hand washing/clothes detergent, toilet paper, personal toiletries etc
Arrival Details: Access to the property is made easy for you. We will send you an access code just before 2pm on your arrival day via SMS and you will use this code for the duration of your stay.
All reservations operate under a strict No-Party & excessive noise policy as this property is in a residential area. Failure to comply can put the security bond into jeopardy.
