Overlooking the championship golf resort complex, Cypress Lakes, we offer a selection of 2 and 3 bedroom privately owned & managed Villas to sleep large groups of up to 30 guests.
Our Villas are well appointed with fine detailing throughout all rooms offering comfort and style in a luxurious setting.
Each Villa is decorated slightly different but all offer the same features and facilities. King beds in each room (some can be split into singles on request), spacious bathrooms, sumptuous lounge areas and large verandas with views either over the golf course or into the luscious bushland setting.
To sleep 30 guests we will provide either 5 x 3 bedroom Villas OR 3 x 3 bedrooms Villa plus 3 x 2 bedrooms Villas within the Cypress Lakes Resort complex - this is at our sole discretion and subject to availability. We do however endeavour to meet any specific requests. Each Bedrooms sleeps a maximum of 2 guests.
We will attempt to locate your group in Villas as close as possible to each other subject to availability.

Our Villas offer the perfect solution to for large groups looking for comfort and style all located in the heart of wine country.
Pools: If the property has a Swimming Pool then it will be open for swimming for the September NSW School Holidays and closed and Winterised immediately after the NSW Easter School Holidays has completed.
Fires and Firewood : If the property has a Wood fireplace or Firepit then firewood will be provided after the NSW Easter School Holidays up to before the NSW September School Holidays has commenced.
Guest Registration : Before guests are able to access the property, we will require an online ID check (scan drivers license) and also a visual Credit Check (scan credit card). The names on the ID and CC must match the name of the guest. The Guest Registration Document that we ask the guest to sign is a PCI compliant, encrypted and totally secure and trusted process, now used by 75,000 guests. This process is consistent and similar to what Hotels require for for ID prior to allowing access to a room.
Please also note that we may have installed a Wifi security camera at the front entrance of the property. We are progressively rolling these out through every property in 2021.
This property is managed by Weekenda, a licensed real estate. Weekenda staff are available 7 days a week to assist from your initial enquiry through to your departure and everything in between.
