Situated on 50 acres by the foothills of the Watagans and on the door step of the Hunter
Valley, this gorgeous 3 bedroom homestead makes for the perfect rural retreat. Wake up to
the sounds of the country, whether that be birds chirping, roosters crowing, cows mooing or
horses snorting.
Wander down to the huge natural lake on the property, check out the bird life and enjoy the
serenity. There is horse accommodation available upon prior request if you're travelling with
a few extra equine passengers.
Malolo Park Guest House is the perfect place to recharge the batteries, relax outdoors in the
sunshine or nestle in the warm ambience of the open fire.
Accessed by tar sealed road and all-weather gravel drive, Malolo Park Estate is an easy 20
minute drive to all the Hunter Valley Wine country has to offer.
Pets ARE NOT allowed at this property.
The owners live onsite at the main farmhouse, a good distance away, should you need
anything.
The homestead offers bedding up to 6 guests. 2 extra guests can be accommodated via
sofabed.

Linen Supplied - This property supplies all linen - full bed linens and 1 bath towel per person.
Arrival Details: Access to the property is made easy for you. We will send you an access
code just before 2pm on your arrival day via SMS and you will use this code for the duration
of your stay.
All reservations operate under a strict No-Party & excessive noise policy as this
property is within close proximity to neighbours. Failure to comply can put the security bond
into jeopardy.
This property is managed by Weekenda, a licensed real estate. Weekenda staff are
available 7 days a week to assist from your initial enquiry through to your departure and
everything in between.

We had a wonderful stay at the Malolo Park Guest House. Beautifully located farm location with an easy drive to Cessnock with a lovely aspect. Dave and Bel were very welcoming. Would love to come back one day

Cosy, clean and super comfortable!! Great place to unwind and relax in the countryside. Loved every minute of our stay.

Lovely, clean, well equipped house - so comfortable on a cold, wet weekend. Great open fire and everything that you could want in a house. I’d have no hesitation I recommending it. My kids loved the two friendly dogs that came to say hello, and walking down to the lake - saying hello to the horses on the way. This would be a great house for anyone who has mobility issues as there is lots of space and no steps. Only minor drawback was having to get out of the car to open and close the gate in the pouring rain! Thank you for having us, we had a lovely time.

Malolo farm was a wonderful place to stay- peaceful, tranquil and relaxing. The children loved waking up to walk around the farm to look at all the animals too. The accommodation was comfortable and great for the children.

Amazing Experience
One of the best farm stay we have experienced. Location is great! 20mins to hunter valley and you can go also around newcastle for less than an hour drive. Owner is very friendly and accomodating. Place is superb, clean and fresh and the kitchen are well equipped. Definitely going back next month!!

Great family holiday place
We had a wonderful time in this farmhouse. Quite and unique. Close to winery and the country view is awesome. 50 acres of land, farm animals, natural view. Brilliant.
