This does not mean you can't enjoy yourselves, it simply means noise must be limited in the late evenings and care of the property must be taken at all times. Standard nightly rate is based on a minimum of 8 guests. Guest numbers above 8 are charged per person, per night.
Washing Facilities - There is a washer and dryer available for use. If excessive detergent etc. is used there may be extra charges.
Wifi - There is FREE WiFi available at this property.
Pool - YES - This pool is only maintained between October long weekend and Easter for the summer period. Please note that between Easter and October long weekend pools are winterised - not cleaned and not heated (where applicable). Please note that as this property has a studio that can be let to a separate group for the same dates as the homestead. Groups staying may wish to use the pool and BBQ facilities, but this will be facilitated through negotiation with the property managers
Linen Supplied - This property supplies all linen - full bed linens and 1 bath towel per person. Guests may wish to bring extra towels depending on the length of their stay. For properties with a pool, guests are to supply their own pool towels.
Arrival Details: Access to the property is made easy for you. We will send you an access code just before 2pm on your arrival day via SMS and you will use this code for the duration of your stay.

This property is managed by Weekenda, a licensed real estate. Weekenda staff are available 7 days a week to assist from your initial enquiry through to your departure and everything in between.
Weekenda will require you to sign an electronic guest registration prior to arrival which will ask for ID (drivers license or passport), list your guests with contact phone or email for Government Covid reporting, and to re-accept the Weekenda T&C's. Access Codes are only released to registered guests.
Please also note that we may have installed a Wifi security camera at the front entrance of the property. We are progressively rolling these out through every property in 2021.
