With 2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms Rosamund House is ideal for small or large groups. The separate dining area looks out onto the the Broken Back Ranges across a lawn which is the favourite grazing place for wallabies and wombats. With air-conditioning and a wood burning heater the house is comfortable all year round.
The large north facing verandah has spectacular views across the Hunter Valley and is big enough for a large group to enjoy a sit down BBQ. The lounge room is equipped with an LCD TV and DVD player. With an extensive collection of books to read and a good collection of games, your stay will be that exact mix of relaxation and fun that you've been looking for.
Native wildlife is plentiful, with many bird species and visits from groups of wallabies.
Surrounded by the award winning cellar doors and vineyards of Broke Fordwich, you have only a few minutes to drive to start a wine tour.

A great house in a stunning location, such a relaxing place to stay. Everything was clean and provided for, making for a very easy, low maintenance stay.- Lauren
My friends and i really enjoyed our stay here. It was close to the wineries, and very peaceful. With 4 bedrooms and a huge verandah, there was enough space for everyone.

We had a lovely time staying at Rosamund House. The property was suitable for two families and the deck had lovely views for parents to enjoy with a glass of wine from the recommended winery! Kangaroos and bush walks aplenty.

The service was fantastic. We arrived at our accommodation late and turned up to the wrong house, the staff at Weekenda where very accommodating in helping us find the correct house, which we enjoyed our stay in!

Such a beautiful place with tranquil surrounds! The view was incredible and changed at each part of the day. It was also close to some great little wineries we had never tried before. We had the best stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone else.
