Silver Springs 6br Luxury Homestead with Wifi, Pool. Fireplace, Views, Olives and Space

We had the most wonderful time at silver springs. The views across the paddock are beautiful, with kangaroos surrounding the house daily! There is a wonderful fire pit outside which we toasted marshmallows and the house had everything we needed. On the first morning we watched the hot air balloons fly over. The kitchen is really well stocked with appliances, plates, cup, cutlery etc., so much so that we were able to cook as though we were at home. We stayed with a group of 13 people and the house is huge! - three living rooms, and plenty of bedrooms. It was very clean. Very easy check in procedure with code on the door. Very close to the wineries and hunter valley gardens. Wonderful place - we will surely come back one day.”

Huge Comfortable House

Large, beautifully decorated house which felt extremely comfortable and homely. Lots of different living areas for everyone to have space or come together. Lots of things to do - games, books, sporting equipment, or just lovely spots to relax with a glass of wine.

We have been staying at silver Springs for 6 straight years now. We book for our group of 9 every November, cannot speak highly enough of both the house and Weekenda as managers. Communication is always fantastic, response time almost immediate. We got flooded out of the house 2yrs ago and could no longer access it, Weekenda has us in a new house for all 9 of us 2 hrs later, at no extra expense. Our experiences have been nothing but positive on all fronts.

A beautiful home with a magnificent view. A peaceful and blissful escape to a clean air relaxing paradise. It is still close enough to the The Hunter's attractions but just far enough away to feel like you are the only people on earth the offer of an extra night at a reduced rate was a no brainer. We will be returning as soon as possible.

Great location, great size bedrooms and big beds. Lots of shared space or private space for peace and quiet. Kids loved seeing all the Kangaroos and open spaces to run and play. We had great few days, thank you.

I thought everything was great! The house was absolutely beautiful , it have everything that we needed and more ! The only thing that I would suggest is that padlock for the gate is so hard to open ?? other than that we had the most beautiful stay. Thank you ??

Great place, with everything thought about including cricket bats, games, washing detergent and tea bags. The only thing I would encourage the owner to think about is limited mobility people (as place is great for extended families) and put a railing on the steps up to the house and in the downstairs toilet - so even older parents can come and enjoy. What is more important though is that if you need help, the weekenda team are highly responsive and helpful, and the cleaner that they use must be a real star as the place is spotless.

Fantastic property, there were 6 couples that stayed and the space was beautiful. It was very picturesque with all the amenities needed for our stay. Weekenda were absolute pros, they responded to any queries and tried to accommodate any request I had.

This is a great place for families who might be using a place as a base for the wine country. We were there for celebration of a significant birthday and it was an easy travel to the Rothbury area. The silence is perfect, except for the birds. The view across to the mountains was superb and the visit by the kangaroos at sunset made it really special. The place is well stacked with sports equipment and board games. This always makes a family holiday so much fun. The spaces of the house are really generous and lots of areas to take a more quiet approach to life. The kitchen is well stocked and easily catered for a dinner for 12 people. The beds are really comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. Lovely spot to spend the weekend

We absolutely loved this house, the location was amazing - rarely did we step outside and not see a kangaroo on the property. The facilities were great with multiple living spaces, ideal for larger groups or groups with kids. The kitchen has anything and everything you could ever need and is very well stocked in terms of plates, glasses etc. We would have booked again immediately had it been available at the end of this year. Would not hesitate to recommend.

So spacious and comfortable, beds we extremely comfortable and warm and the view was amazing. The beautiful night sky untouched by the light, a very quiet and peaceful area. Hosts were great with communication and any concern raised was fixed immediately. The book selection at the property is impressive and heaps of games and the home was very clean.

Great place for a large group

The house itself was great it was very clean inside and was stocked with lots of outdoor games as well as board games . The kitchen is well stocked with quite a few pantry essentials. The pool area is nice. The rooms are spacious and nice. We would definitely book again!

House was amazing. Better than the photos. We had 14 people stay and everybody had their own space and the common spaces were perfect. It was exceptionally clean and lovely touches such as towels rolled up on beds, bath amenities, more than fully equipped kitchen etc.

Krista and Jen were so helpful throughout the process also, could not have had better service. Working in the industry myself it is always pleasant to have such an experience. Thank you - will definitely book with you again.

What an amazing place. The amenities are fantastic. Large kitchen and pantry to stock up with food. Bedrooms are large and aircon throughout the house. Large dining room and many lounges. The best part of the house was the sparkling clean Pool where we were most of the weekend. This is a great place for large celebrations I had a birthday there and perfect house for it. So many outdoor seating and a great bbq outside. The host was absolutely excellent, extremely responsive. I even called a few times at the house as there were some questions whilst at house e.g. Wifi password etc. They were extremely responsive and made our stay stress free. Thank you for the stay and your assistance. 5 stars!
