So in total we have 3 x bedrooms with a sunny, and sparkling direct waterfront aspect and views and access from living areas and bedrooms. There is a huge outdoor deck to enjoy for barbecues or for simply relaxing and enjoying the beautiful view. There is a level lawn area perfect for ball games or for children to play.
The bathrooms are stunning and the beds are the best that money can buy.
This is genuinely somewhere to relax, enjoy the water lapping and your doorstep.
The things we love are waking up early to enjoy the sun rising over the water and a cooling breeze in the afternoon.
The property has a share jetty which means that once the kids catch the fish, you can cook it up in the new kitchen. It also means that if you have a boat then the jetty will allow easy access to the stunning waterways of Lake Macquarie.

The jetty will provide you access to the stunning waterways of Lake Macquarie for boating, water sports and beaches. For those less adventurous fishing off the jetty is a great option or Sunshine Reserve Baths and Sunshine Park playground for children a few mins walk away.
The Boat House is 40mins drive to the Hunter Valley Vineyards and 40mins to Caves Beach.
There are shopping amenities available within easy reach (Bonnells Bay 5 mins and Morisset 12 mins away).
Weekenda will require you to sign an electronic guest registration prior to arrival which will ask for ID (drivers license or passport), list your guests with contact phone or email for Government Covid reporting, and to re-accept the Weekenda T&C's. Access Codes are only released to registered guests.
Please also note that we may have installed a Wifi security camera at the front entrance of the property. We are progressively rolling these out through every property in 2021.
