Villa Executive 2br Petit Verdot Condo located within Cypress Lakes Resort + Wifi Resort (nothing is more central)
Overlooking the championship golf resort complex, this self-contained luxury retreat apartment with Wifi offers 2 bedrooms with a gorgeous ensuite bathroom, 2nd full bathroom. It has a sunny living area, air-conditioning and large sunny entertaining balcony and relaxing views to the mountains and/or resort complex.
Visit the nearby Pokolbin wineries and superb restaurants, stroll to the nearby Health Retreat & Spa, or be challenged on the fantastic choice of local golf courses, including this Cypress Lakes and the new Greg Norman designed, The Vintage. Self contained with fully equipped kitchen incl oven, cooktops, microwave, sink, fridge etc. Linen provided to 5 star standards.
The Minimum Booking price is based on up to 4 guests. Any guests above this number are chargeable on a per person/per night rate. The system will automatically calculate the correct rate when you enter in the required number of guests. Any guest number reductions are non-refundable.

Bedroom 2: 1 King Bed OR 2x Single beds available on request
Lounge Room: 1 x Single sofabed available for groups of 4 or more people.
THE IMPORTANT STUFF
This villa is privately owned and managed. Securing a reservation through Weekenda at Cypress Lakes affords unlimited access to the public bar & restaurant and the Owners Hillside Pool only. It does not at any time afford access to the resort run pool or gym. Rounds of golf and tennis court hire can be arranged directly through the Pro Shop.
Arrival Details: Access to the property is made easy for you. We will send you an access code just before 2pm on your arrival day via SMS and you will use this code for the duration of your stay.
This property is managed by Weekenda, a licensed real estate. Weekenda staff are available 7 days a week to assist from your initial enquiry through to your departure and everything in between.
Linen: 1 set of full bed linens and 1 bath towel per person are supplied. Guests may wish to bring extra towels depending on the length of their stay. Pool/Lake/Beach towels are BYO
Pools: If the property has a Swimming Pool then it will be open for swimming for the September NSW School Holidays and closed and Winterised immediately after the NSW Easter School Holidays has completed.
Fires and Firewood: If the property has a Wood fireplace or Fire Pit then firewood will be provided after the NSW Easter School Holidays up to before the NSW September School Holidays has commenced in line with NSW state fire restrictions.
All reservations operate under a strict No-Party & excessive noise policy as this property is in a residential area. Failure to comply can put the security bond into jeopardy.
Prior to arrival, Weekenda will require you to sign an electronic guest registration prior to arrival which will ask for ID (drivers licence or passport), list your guests with contact phone or email for Government Covid reporting, and to re-accept the Weekenda T&C's. Access Codes are only released to registered guests.
As always, but ever so more due to recent times, we strongly encourage any holiday reservations to obtain a 3rd party Domestic Travel Insurance Policy to cover you for all manners of matters which may restrict travel. This is particularly helpful for things like Hunter Valley Concert cancellations or medical emergencies for which we don't provide refunds and which fall under our standard cancellation terms irrespective of the reason. We suggest reviewing policies with 'Cover-More', 'Travel Insurance Direct' & 'INSUREANDGO'..
Please also note that we may have installed a Wifi security camera at the front entrance of the property. We are progressively rolling these out through every property in 2022.

For ease and comfort you couldn't ask for anything more. And what a great location. Big bedrooms are well appointed and look so cozy. We loved being a short walk from the main resort facilities for a late night on arrival. Really close to a great bunch of wineries too so you could easily to a walking tour up McDonalds road and not worrying about driving. Service from the Hosts Weekenda was amazing! Thanks for the late check out - great way to end the trip

This villa is located inside of this beautiful Golf resort with numerous other holiday homes yet you feel surprisingly tranquil and secluded to relax and reconnect to nature. We could hear birds chirping and see many kangaroos hanging around in the morning. The address was easy to navigate around Pokolbin for wine tastings and other activities. Everything you could possibly think of is provided. Especially the fireplace, BBQ and Foxtel TV were the highlights of all amenities. Self check in was very easy. The staff at reception of the resort were also very approachable even though it was late after 8pm when we asked for bottle opener. Overall highly recommended. We really enjoyed our weekend in this cozy villa in Hunter Valley. Thank you, Weekenda!

The Villa itself was clean, well maintained and offered needed for a weekend getaway. King sized beds made it an easy choice for us. Lots of interesting places to visit in the Hunter too so this made a great base as it's so central to everything. 5 stars from us
