As Villa Pinot is privately owned & operated on resort villa, and because of this we can offer you flexible check-in & check-out times and always the best rates available. Visit the Pokolbin wineries and superb restaurants, stroll to the nearby Health Retreat & Spa, or be challenged on the fantastic choice of local golf courses, including this famous one and the new Greg Norman designed, The Vintage.
Self contained with Wifi and modest resort style kitchen (with microwave, sink, fridge. Linen provided to 5 star standards. There is also a BBQ on the deck for you to enjoy. Perfect for a couple, can even squeeze in some kids, and one night stays accepted (subject to minimum charge). Health spa, restaurants and facilities just a short walk away. Sleeps up to 3 with use of sofa bed in living area.
The Minimum Booking price is based on up to 2 guests. Any guests above this number are chargeable on a per person/per night rate. The system will automatically calculate the correct rate when you enter in the required number of guests. Any guest number reductions are non-refundable.
Pools: If the property has a Swimming Pool then it will be open for swimming for the September NSW School Holidays and closed and Winterised immediately after the NSW Easter School Holidays has completed.
Fires and Firewood : If the property has a Wood fireplace or Firepit then firewood will be provided after the NSW Easter School Holidays up to before the NSW September School Holidays has commenced.
Guest Registration : Before guests are able to access the property, we will require an online ID check (scan drivers license) and also a visual Credit Check (scan credit card). The names on the ID and CC must match the name of the guest. The Guest Registration Document that we ask the guest to sign is a PCI compliant, encrypted and totally secure and trusted process, now used by 75,000 guests. This process is consistent and similar to what Hotels require for for ID prior to allowing access to a room.
Please also note that we may have installed a Wifi security camera at the front entrance of the property. We are progressively rolling these out through every property in 2021.
This property is managed by Weekenda, a licensed real estate. Weekenda staff are available 7 days a week to assist from your initial enquiry through to your departure and everything in between.

Villa was very comfortable with private balcony overlooking bush land complete with kangaroo and Joey. Remember to take a pool towel if you want to use the pool.

This place is so perfect! Centre spot in Hunter Valley, within the golf resort which was so helpful for having a leisurely lunch or game of golf. The place was well taken care of and the balcony had views of lots of kangaroos. Definitely recommend

“Great stay for a couple’s weekend getaway in the hunter. Check in was super easy. The owners provided detailed information prior to arrival which was great. Amenities were great, the small kitchenette had everything we needed and the lounge room was spacious for two. We really appreciated the offer for late checkout on our final day, it was the cherry on top for what was a great weekend!”

Great centralized location in the Hunter. Just a short drive from places like Spices for dinner, David Hook for wines and Enzo for dinner. If you turn left out of Cypress and follow that down the dirt road it takes you straight to Spices, Enzo cafe and David Hook wines (some of my favorite)! A great, relaxing and enjoyable weekend away. Very accommodating and communication and checking in was seamless. Thanks so much!
